• Failure to download or save files after purchase

5 File Issues

If your file is corrupted, missing, or cannot be downloaded, please contact us with your order details.

4. A clear description of the issue
5. A screenshot if it helps explain the problem

We will review the issue and provide assistance when appropriate, such as resending the file or providing a corrected file. This does not guarantee a refund.

6 Custom Design Orders

Custom design orders are also digital products. Because custom designs are made based on your specific request, they are generally not refundable once the design process has started or final files have been delivered.

Please check all names, wording, spelling, colors, and design details carefully before confirming a custom design request.

7 Download Responsibility

After purchase, please download and save your files safely. We recommend keeping a backup copy on your computer, external drive, or cloud storage.

SVGRABBIT is not responsible for lost files after they have been successfully downloaded.
