1 Digital Product Agreement

SVGRABBIT sells digital download products only. No physical item will be shipped to you.

Products may include digital file formats such as SVG, PNG, PDF, EPS, DXF, PES, DST, JEF, EXP, HUS, or other formats when listed in the product description.

2 Permitted Use

You may use SVGRABBIT digital designs to create physical products for personal or small business use.

Examples of permitted physical products include:

• Shirts and apparel
• Mugs and tumblers
• Stickers and decals
• Signs and cards
• Invitations and party items
• Handmade gifts and craft products
• Small business physical products created by you

3 Prohibited Use

SVGRABBIT digital files are for personal and small business physical product use only. You may not misuse, resell, redistribute, or claim our digital files as your own.

You may not:

• Resell the digital files
• Share, gift, copy, or distribute the files
• Upload the files to another website, marketplace, group, or file-sharing platform
• Claim the designs as your own
• Sell the files as digital downloads
• Include the files in another digital bundle
• Copy, trace, modify, or recreate the designs to make competing digital products
• Use the designs to create print-on-demand listings where the digital artwork is uploaded directly to third-party platforms without permission
• Use SVGRABBIT product images, mockups, previews, or listing photos as your own product images

4 File Compatibility

Please check the product description carefully before purchasing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the file format is compatible with their software, machine, device, or project.

SVGRABBIT is not responsible for compatibility issues caused by unsupported software, incorrect software use, lack of technical knowledge, or failure to read the product description before purchase.

5 Download Responsibility

After purchase, please download and save your files safely. We recommend keeping a backup copy on your computer, external drive, or cloud storage.

If you have trouble downloading your file, please contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

6 Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Because SVGRABBIT products are digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

All designs, artwork, product images, listing images, previews, graphics, and digital files remain the intellectual property of SVGRABBIT unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product from SVGRABBIT gives you permission to use the digital file according to these Terms and Conditions. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights to you.

8 Custom Design Requests

Custom design requests may be accepted depending on request volume, design complexity, and availability.

Custom design orders are digital products. They may not be refundable once the design process has started or final files have been delivered.

Please check all names, wording, spelling, colors, and details carefully before confirming a custom design request.

9 Product Descriptions

We do our best to describe each product clearly, including file formats, design type, and usage information. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, printer, software, or material.

Please review all product images, descriptions, and included file formats before placing your order.

10 Account & Order Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate information during checkout, including email address, billing details, and account information.

SVGRABBIT is not responsible for download issues caused by incorrect email addresses or incomplete checkout information.

11 Website Use

You agree not to misuse the SVGRABBIT website, attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with website security, copy website content, or use our content in a way that violates these Terms and Conditions.
